田	田中卓志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行く頻度は変わらないんですが、落とす金額は減りました。時代が変化して物の価値が変わったり、商売の方法が変化したり。あと、この施設にも言える事ですが、スタッフの態度の悪さが客離れを招いてると思います。先日もフジトラベルを利用した時、窓口のオバサンの接客が不快だった・・・男性スタッフ陣は非常に感じ良かったんだが、このオバサンは酷かった。出来れば担当を変わって欲しいぐらいだったが・・・で、何年か前には別の女性店員にＪＲ切符を買う場合は手数料が必要だという嘘もつかれてた。こういう事がなければフジトラベルを多用してたと思うんだが・・・今後もこういう人がいる限り利用しないかな。今は別棟のＧＵを利用するぐらいかな？コチラのスタッフはかなり感じ良くなりました。セルフレジなんで基本的に店員と話す事はなかったんだが、最近在庫がない商品や交換対応で店員と話す機会が多かったんだが、対応が良かったです。 The frequency of going hasn't changed, but the amount of money I've dropped has decreased. お	おさむし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡山に住んでおり、福山市立動物園に行くときに動物園の周辺に飲食店が無いので、こちらで食事をするために寄ります。なのでガッツリ買い物客ではないのですが、ショッピングモールとしては映画館もあり、店も充実して良さそうです。我が家の幼児は外の大人用トイレで用を足すのを恐がるため、事前にこちらに子供用便座のトイレがあると口コミで見ていたので行きました。フジのお店の方に「子供用トイレはどちらにありますか？」と聞くと、「うちには無いです。ベビーざラスとか子供用品のお店ならあると思います」と言われました。その後、子供がトイレに行きたがり、仕方なく多目的トイレに行くと、ちゃんと子供用便座のトイレがあるではありませんか。店員さんなら設備くらい把握しておいて欲しいなあ！と不満だったのですが、後から落ち着いて考えると「子供用トイレはありますか」を所謂「おまるが売ってないですか」と聞かれたと勘違いしたのではないかとピンときました。私の聞き方が悪かったのかもしれません。店員さん、失礼しました。全ての多目的トイレをみてはいないのですが、キッズトイレを設置してくれていますので、小さいお子様をお連れの方はご安心を。店員さんに場所を聞くときは、言い方にご注意を… I live in Okayama, and when I go to Fukuyama City Zoo, there are no restaurants around the zoo, so I stop by to eat here.
