We received an email 3 days before the start of rental if we did not pass the examination 7 days after applying for rental. I made a reservation for a children's event, but I was stunned by the one-sided cancellation. I'm pretty shocked because I didn't pass the examination or something I hadn't done before. If you are a user, why not apply with the risk that the examination may not pass? I'm not sure why it takes more than a week to review an order that can be shipped on the same day by 17:00.
n	naoyuki sekino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カメラとズームレンズのレンタルを使用する4日前に注文。午前中指定だったが、当日、待てど暮らせど届かない。 13時半過ぎからメールと電話で問い合わせるも、メールの返事が来たのは16時過ぎ。何でも、「当社の審査を通らなかったとのこと」。別にブラックリストに乗るようなことは何もしていないのだけど・・・・。それより、問題は、それを早めに知らせてくれなかったこと。こちらから当日の問合せでやっと、連絡してきたこと。これでは、他に手配することもできません。スタジオもカメラマンも予約していたので、全てキャンセル。特殊なケースかは分からないけれど、大事な撮影の際は、避けた方がよい会社にしか見えませんでした。 Order 4 days before using camera and zoom lens rental.
