★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベイカレアウト組が作った会社だよね。他サイトで見たけど顧客と社員勧誘して起業準備してたらバレて就業規則違反になったというのはよく聞く話。どこの口コミ見てもブラックコメントだし、火の無いところに煙はたたないってことかな。一番の問題は、ただのエンジニアをコンサルタントと名乗らすのが経歴詐称並に迷惑。本当にやめてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社に☆４～５付けること自体があり得ないし、口コミ評価上げようと社員に斡旋するのは良くない。紹介されて話は聞いたが営業マンが理解もしてないDXやAIなど先端アピールして社員を紹介してくるが中身が無い。「経験者＝聞いたことあるレベル」を出されてもね。。誰一人OKを出すことなく門前払いした会社。なぜやたらグローバル語るのだろう？まず日本でも通用するモデル確立した方がいいです。

同業他社との比較となりますが、丁寧・誠実・顧客志向なコンサルタントの方が多いような気がします。
コンサルティングというと形のない商材ですので、「ヒト」という観点でお願いする会社を選びたいと考えておりました。
何人かの方と関わらせて頂きビジョンさんであれば安心して任せることができると思い一緒に仕事をさせて頂いてます。
難しい事をわかりやすく伝えたくださりますし、こちらの目線に立って仕事をしてくれます。
