デパートでは定番の高級ふりかけ錦松梅の本社。歴史は意外と浅く昭和7年創業。商品は1種のみのふりかけで、鰹節を主としたいわゆる「オカカ」だが、白ごま・昆布・松の実・木耳・椎茸を加えており、高級感溢れ食卓を彩るふりかけ。1つのレシピで1世紀近く商売を続けられるとは恐れ入ったものだ。ちなみに様々な商品ラインナップがあるが、中身は一緒で器違い。ご贈答品として珍重されている東京の土産です。
