契約が終わったらうちは知りません、うちは関係ありません。的な感じです。
契約時に話してた説明と違うじゃないですか
。と言っても。そんな説明はしてない、で、どうして欲しいんですか？と言われました。
後、知りません。とも言われました。
じゃあ紹介するにあたって確認も何もせずに適当にお部屋紹介するんですね。契約さえすればいいんですね。初期費用はとてもお金がかかるものです。こっちも大変な思いをして払ってます。後からゴチャゴチャ言ってんじゃねー的な態度を終始とられました。
後から言われたくなければ初めにきちんとして下さい。仲介業者としては最低だと思いました。本来なら管理会社やオーナーとの話しになるものですが、この会社の都合でまた店舗に足を運ぶ事になったのでたまたまそのお話しをさせて頂いただけなのですが、あの返答や態度はないと思います。
会社の都合の事もまったくこちらには関係も落ち度もありません。何故迷惑をかけられて足を運ばなければならなかったのかすら意味がわかりません。後は退去時のみ関わる事だけを願ってますね。
