きな臭すぎるのはともかくとして、補填という言葉すら知らない人間雇うのやめたほうがいいと思います。「補填は～」と言っても何度も「保険じゃない」と言われ、何言ってるんだこの人となりながら「保険じゃなくて補填と言ってるんだけど」と数回正しても向こうは意味わかってなさそうでした
日本人以外がかなりの数働いてるのか。そういうことね・・となりました
Only Chinese are scared (not that Chinese are scared). The tone of talking is so tight that I think it's a yakuza or a debt collector. Do you talk to your customers like that?
Aside from the too bad smell, I think it's better to stop hiring people who don't even know the word compensation. Even if I say "compensation is ...", I'm often told "it's not insurance", and what are you saying? Even if you correct it several times, "I'm saying compensation, not insurance" while becoming this person. Didn't seem to make sense
Are there quite a few non-Japanese people working? That's what happened ...
