★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主人は別な場所にあった時から知っているお店で、私は初めて訪れるお店でした。
地元のお客さんに愛されているのが分かるくらい、常連のお客さんが来ていました。
昔ながらのラーメンとチャーハンのセットを主人が注文して、辛いもの好きな私は麻婆メンと餃子を注文しました！外はカリカリ、中はあっさりの餃子は美味しいし、麻婆豆腐が美味しくてあっという間に食べてしまいました！次は子供達を連れて、他のお料理も食べに来たいです！

コロナの影響か、お客様は少なかった。場所が知る人ぞ知る？
From the name, it sounds ethnic, but it's a Japanese Chinese restaurant. The noodles are pre-prepared like Shirakawa ramen. Rice is locally produced and delicious.

これからもお世話になる予感です。
ところで今回は麻婆ラーメンを頂きました。
めちゃくちゃ辛旨ラーメン！すごくおいしかった！
上にかかった麻婆豆腐が旨いのはもちろん、麺も旨い。平打ちちぢれ麺かな。
前回はしょうゆラーメンを頂きましたが、全体的にうまい仕上がりになっていると感じました。
樽ハイもおいしいし、また行きます。

広東麺、餃子、野菜炒めを注文。餃子は8こで350円とリーズナブルです。味はシンプルで具は少なめ。
広東麺は野菜少なめでした。味は美味しい。
野菜炒めは600円で、もう少し量があると二人でシェアできて嬉しいです。家庭的な雰囲気のお店です。女性のオーナー？の接客も丁寧でした。
ごちそう様でした。

カウンターとテーブル席の小さなお店です。
でも宴会30人迄の予約出来る様なので、2階に宴会場があるのかな？
先客3人。常連さんの様で、テーブル席でお酒を飲みながら、料理を、ツマミにお酒を飲んでいました。
街中華的な雰囲気で良いですね。
メニューを見ると味噌ラーメンの上に★マーク。★は当店人気メニューとの事。でもラーメンセットも気になる。
奥様かな？ラーメンセットを味噌ラーメンに変更できますかと聞いて見ると、「料金が変わりますが良いですか？」との事。
速攻で味噌ラーメンセットにお願いしました。
奥様がや野菜を炒め。時間差でご主人かな？がラーメンを茹で始め。息のあったコンビネーションで料理を作っていきます。
約6分で味噌ラーメン着丼。
鍋を振るうのは奥様の様で、チャーハンを炒めてます。
遅れること2分でチャーハン着丼。
◆味噌ラーメン
ゴマ油で炒めた野菜が香ばしい香り。
中央にしっかり茹でられた玉子鎮座。
麺は縮れ麺。茹で加減も丁度良い。
スープは塩分多め。私には辛い。
◆半チャーハン
具材たっぷり米もバラバラ。
量は軽く１膳以上ある。
塩加減も丁度良い。
半チャーハンの写真取るの忘れた(汗)
お会計は950円。ラーメンセット+200円
次回はチャーハンオンリーで行きます。
