★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宇都宮餃子マップに遅くまで開いている店として掲載されているので寄ってみたら旨くて驚いた。
店内のポスターを見るとTVチャンピオンに出場した模様。
メニューが豊富で普通の中華料理店。メニューが分厚く、紙面構成も含め中国現地のメニューの雰囲気。
チンタオビールが3種類あり。スーパードライに対してそれほど割高でもなく良心的。
野菜餃子は優しい味。にんにく餃子はにんにくの芽を使っているようなフレッシュかつダイレクトな味。皮はモチっとしているが焼き目はパリッとしていてコントラストが楽しい。
春巻きも頼んだが何の味付けもしなくてもとても美味しい。

ヒルナンデスとかモーニングショーなどなどの取材も来たみたいで、有名人のサインがレジ周りにありました。
TVチャンピオンにも参加したみたいですね。
ランチセットを頼むつもりでしたが、土日はやってないとのことで、ブタニクギョーザ(380円)と五目チャーハン(580円)を注文。
チャーハンは量が少なめでした。
今度は平日のランチで行ってみたいと思います。

個室に案内されたが楊枝の瓶は空で、ナプキン、ティッシュは用意されていなかった。
座席に使用済みのマスクが落ちていた。
コロナ禍なのに使用済みマスクが放置されていたのはあり得ない。
店員は覇気がなく清潔感も無し。
注文用のiPadはケーブルは接続されていたが、充電されていなかった。
断線しているみたいで充電できなかった。
料理は全体的に油っぽく、美味しくない。
量は少なめ。
サイトはとても綺麗で美味しそうだったがとても同じ店とは思えない。
サイトには「テレビチャンピオンの～」とか書いてあったが、店舗のメニューには記載がなかった。
シェフ辞めたのか？
餃子のまち宇都宮なのにあんな餃子を出せるなと驚いた、他店の餃子の方が何倍も旨くて安かった。
支払い時にカード決済を頼んだら手数料として5%追加請求されたので現金で払うことになった。
褒める所がひとつも無かった、二度と行かないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレジットカードを利用しようとしたら、手数料を請求された。客に手数料を請求するのはカード加盟店の規約違反行為であり、この店は信用できない。二度と利用しない。
ちなみに、対応した店員はアルバイトのようだったし時間がなかったので現金で支払ったが、手数料を請求された場合には手数料の支払いを拒否することが可能である。
それと、Googleの説明に「上品な店」みたいなことが書いてあるが、全くそんなことはない。チェーンの居酒屋みたいな雰囲気の店。清潔感もあるとは言えない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔と場所が変わったような?とはいえ初めての訪問。ランチを頂きました。おかずは美味しかったけど白飯がマズイ。再訪は無いかな。
