【 ネットで購入した自転車だと、近所の自転車屋では、修理を断られる事がけっこうあるらしく、、、そこで、こちらに出張修理を依頼】
ネット経由で予約したら、数分後に折り返しの電話あり。対応早い。
修理当日、担当の方に来てもらって、ブレーキの修理。20分くらいで完了。( 担当の人も感じよくて、良かった。)
自転車全体のメンテもお願いして、4000円ちょっとだったけど(ブレーキだけだともっと安いはず)、高いとは思わなかったです。
近所の自転車屋に持って行って、嫌な対応されるよりずーっとマシ。
何かあったときは、自分的には、もうここ一択。
中川区にお住まいで、ネットで買った自転車の修理、悩んでいる人の参考になれば。。

On the day of the repair, the person in charge came to repair the brakes. Completed in about 20 minutes. (It was good that the person in charge also felt good.)
I asked for maintenance of the entire bicycle, and it was a little over 4000 yen (it should be cheaper with just the brakes), but I didn't think it was expensive.
Take it to your local bike shop and it's better than being treated unpleasantly.
When something happens, I personally choose here.

経年劣化でタイヤの溝が割れ、空気が漏れてしまったのが原因でした。
近所の移動に使う程度なので、タイヤの減りが少なく、割れるほど劣化していたとは全く気付かず…
「購入から4年ほど経っていて、良く持った方ですが、後輪も時間の問題かもしれないですね」と言われ、両方交換ならセット料金で少し安くなるということでしたので、両方ともタイヤ交換して頂くことになりました。
2本セット11000円で、まさか1万円を越える修理になるとは思ってなかったので痛い出費ですが、後輪もいつパンクしてもおかしくない年数なので、不安を残すよりは…と思い切って替えました。
新しいタイヤに変わって、今までのタイヤが如何に劣化していたか実感しました。
タイヤの空気は1週間で1割引くらい減るそうですが、タイヤを触っても分からない程度なので、週1～10日くらいで空気入れたほうが良いそうです。
作業は30分程度でしたが、終わったら連絡していただけるので、待っている間に別のことを出来るが出張修理の良いところですね。
漕ぐとゴリゴリと音がすることも伝えてたので、チェーンの状態も見ていただきました。
予約確認のお電話の方も、作業に来ていただいた方も、対応が丁寧で良い感じで、自転車にトラブルがあれば、また利用したいと思います。
出張範囲の地域にお住まいの方、オススメです(´∀｀)b

Instead of new tires, I realized how the old tires had deteriorated.
It seems that the air in the tires will be reduced by about 1 discount in a week, but it is not obvious even if you touch the tires, so it is better to inflate the tires about 1 to 10 days a week.
