★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 益田では有名な洋菓子店。乾いた菓子は頂いたことがありましたが。材料なのかいまいち味がパッとしなかったです。チョコレートのケーキは一般に売っているチョコホイップのような味がしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヨシヤの『万葉カステラ』は、国内最高レベルの素晴らしい、正統派のカステラです。どっしり重たく、しっとり甘い、本格派です。
ちなみに、このカステラは購入から2、3日後に、ご賞味ください。
より熟成された味が楽しめます。
カステラが美味しいので、当然、ケーキはどれも美味しいです。しかも、安くて、大きいです。
ケーキでは、『アルプス』が一番のオススメです。シンプルで上品な甘さを堪能出来ます。
小さなケーキ屋さんですが、国内トップクラスの洋菓子店です。
Yoshiya's "Manyo Castella" is one of the finest and most orthodox castella in Japan. It is heavy, moist and sweet, and is authentic.
By the way, please enjoy this castella a few days after purchase.
You can enjoy a more mature taste.
Of course, all the cakes are delicious because the castella is delicious. Moreover, it is cheap and big.
For cakes, "Alps" is the most recommended. You can enjoy the simple and elegant sweetness.
Although it is a small cake shop, it is one of the top-class pastry shops in Japan.

こちらから指定できるのはサイズと生クリームかチョコクリームかどうかのみ。デコレーションの種類もないようです。
バースデーケーキなのでローソクが欲しかったのですが、スタッフから本数の確認もなく、さっさと会計をしようとしてきたので「あのローソクは？（付くの？無いの？）」と聞くと「５本は付いてますよ？」と、何を今さら？感で答えられました。
常連ならともかく、ここの利用は十数年ぶり。
そんなの知らんわ！！
ホールケーキの注文ってお店にとっては迷惑なんでしょうか？
とても面倒くさそうに対応されてしまいました。
I booked a birthday cake, but there was no cake sample and no oral explanation of the decorations.

I wanted a candle because it was a birthday cake, but the staff didn't confirm the number and I was trying to make a quick checkout, so when I asked "What is that candle? What are you doing now? " I was able to answer with a feeling.
Regardless of regulars, this is the first time I've used it in more than a dozen years.
I don't know that! !!
Is ordering whole cake a nuisance for the shop?
It seemed to be very troublesome.

ケーキ自体も普通に美味しかったけど、スポンジが優しい感じで良かった。
後で知ったけど、スポンジに定評のあるお店だったんですね。
お店の方も感じが良かった。

The cake itself was delicious as usual, but the sponge was nice and gentle.
As I learned later, it was a shop with a good reputation for sponge.
