S	Shigeo Sawada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名鉄百貨店の無印良品イベントで購入した当店の手摘み番茶があまりに美味しかったので、本店を訪問、購入いたしました。写真の通り、茶葉がカタチのまま乾燥されている珍しい茶葉で、店舗近くで栽培されている茶畑の葉を文字通り丁寧に手摘みしているそうです。冷やして飲んでも終日香るのに、エグみも一切感じない、優しい味のお茶で驚きましたが、製法、お茶への熱意や配慮をお店の方に聞いて、美味しさの理由がわかりました。お茶の淹れ方（湯温度、茶葉の量）も気にせず、かなりルーズ、豪快に作っても美味しく頂けるのも素晴らしい限りです。大量に作ってゴクゴク飲め、本当にオススメできます。茶葉のカタチのままなので、購入後の運搬には非常に気を遣いますが、茶葉がそのまま残っているので沢山のお湯で、透明な器にてお茶を蒸らしているときの色、蒸らしている時の茶葉を楽しめます。冷茶の淹れ方も解説頂きましたが、お茶屋さんらしからぬシンプルな方法(笑)をオススメしていました。同じ方法で淹れております。スッキリした、香りの上品なお茶になります。市街地の生活道路にあるのでクルマでの移動は配慮が必要です。店舗隣に駐車場があります。美味しい抹茶、お茶菓子まで頂き、ありがとうございました。 Our hand-picked bancha purchased at the MUJI event at the Meitetsu Department Store was so delicious that we visited the head office and purchased it.
