★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アウトレットモール入り最初の方で、入った為、他も見回り、再度入りましたが、ちょうど対応頂いた方が、僕の事を覚えてくれておりその対応とちょうど、気になったスニーカーの、履き心地も値段安かったので、衝動買いしてしまいました。
I entered the outlet mall at the beginning, so I looked around and entered again, but the person who just responded remembered me and the response and the sneakers I was interested in, I bought it on impulse because it was comfortable to wear and the price was low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幅広甲高の私ですが、ここは４Eが豊富に有るので重宝してます。このショップというかニューバランスは昔ながらの日本人の足に対応してるので良いです。
I have a wide instep, but I find it useful because there are a lot of 4Es here. This shop, or New Balance, is good because it corresponds to the old-fashioned Japanese feet.

他では、取り扱いすら無いところが多い。また、取り寄せで履き比べなんて、出来ないのに。

翌日自宅で見たら内側に不良箇所があり、セール品なので断られるかもと半分覚悟して問合せしましたが非常にスムーズに交換対応してくれて大変気持ちよい接客でした。
自宅が千葉の内房側のためすぐにお店に行くことが出来ないことを伝えると着払いで不良品を送ってよいと言っていただけました。
後日、交換品を郵送していただき、同封で謝罪のお手紙もいただきました。
大変親切で素晴らしいお店だと感じました。
The other day I bought a sale shoe for children.
The next day when I saw it at home, there was a defective part inside, and I was half ready to ask if it would be rejected because it was a sale item, but it was a very pleasant customer service as it handled the exchange very smoothly.
I told you that I couldn't go to the store right away because I was in Chiba's Uchibo side.
At a later date, I received a replacement and mailed an apology letter.
I felt it was a very kind and wonderful shop.
