母親の誕生日プレゼントに何かを買おうとたまたま寄ったお店です。
色々と説明してくれた女性スタッフの笑顔がとにかく素敵で、親切&丁寧。
時計のベルトのサイズが納得いくようにと、何度も合わせてくれました。
帰り道は母親との会話の中で
商品ももちろんだが、
あのスタッフさんがいなかったら買ってなかったかもね。と
ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も低評価していましたが、ジャージみたな服を着た男の店員が最悪でした。バッグを買うため付き添いでいきました。普段こういったブランド物を買うことが少ないためよくわからなかったのですが、会計前にロクに説明もなく情報登録するように言われました。「会員情報を登録する必要があるためこちらの登録をおねがいいたします」みたいな内容だったと思います。よくわからないし、何でしなきゃいけないのか尋ねると「会員情報を登録する必要があるためです」と強めに言われました。なんで登録する必要があるか聞いてるのに繰り返すだけの高圧的な態度。一回で理解しろよと態度に出ていました。こっちからするとそういう態度は伝わるものですよ。物はいいのに店員の接客ひとつでブランドに対してのイメージが損なわれるため社内で対応した方がいいと思います。あの店員がいる間は行かないことにしますのでどうか他の店舗へ行きますように。

I wasn't sure because I don't usually buy these brands, but I was told to register the information without explanation to Roku before the checkout. I think the content was something like "We need to register your membership information, so please register here." I'm not sure, and when I asked what I had to do, I was strongly told, "Because I need to register my membership information." A high-pressure attitude that repeats even though I'm asking why I need to register. I was trying to understand it at once. From this point on, that kind of attitude can be conveyed. Even though the goods are good, the customer service of the clerk will damage the image of the brand, so I think it is better to deal with it in-house. I will not go while that clerk is there, so please go to another store.
