*	* SKR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 敷き布団の下に敷くマットレスを買いに行きました。すぐに店員さんがきたので、上記のことをお話しし、加えて敷き布団の引取とベビー布団のクリーニングができるかも確認しました。どちらもも可能と言うことだったので案内をしてもらってマットレスを探すことに。ただそこには高いものしかなく、悩んでいると布団メーカーの方が来てくださり、その種類のマットレスは2階にあると教えてくださったので行くと、たくさんお手頃なものがありました。品物が決まりレジに行くと、店員が奥から出てきたので、敷き布団の引取も頼むと「敷き布団を買っていないので引取はできませんよ？」と言われました。最初に対応してくれた人には可能と言われたんですが？と言うと「…じゃあ、引取でいいです。外のコンテナの所に置いといてください。」と態度が一変。クリーニングもお願いしたいので布団を持ってきても良いですか？と尋ねると、先にお会計を済ませるようにと。済ませて布団を持ってくると、できるものなのかメーカーに尋ねてダメだったらまた連絡するとのことだったので、今回はやめることに。クリーニング代も先にお支払いしましたか？と聞くと「え？もらってないですよ！？」と呆れたような言い方をされました。メーカーの方がとても丁寧な接客をしてくださっていたのに、最後の最後で残念な気持ちになりました。 I went to buy a mattress to lay under the mattress.
