オーダー枕を購入しました。感想は、もっと早く買っとけば良かった、です。決して安くは無いですがお値段以上の価値があります。使い始めてから朝起きて枕の上に頭が載っていない、ということが無くなりました。プラス起きた時に身体が痛い事も無くなった気がします!ちなみにメンテナンスは永久無料とのこと。

お客をお客と思わない男性店員。 2年前の冬に初めて羽布団を買ったが臭くて5日で断念。とにかく臭い。どう考えても羽毛の臭さではなく加齢臭。家族、友達多数にも匂って貰ったが、加齢臭。みんな こんな羽毛布団みた事ないわ〜って。押し入れに仕舞えば押し入れが加齢臭、部屋干しすれば部屋が加齢臭。どうしたら良いものか。さすがに買ったばかりの物にケチをつけるのも…と思い、ネットで調べて部屋干しすることに。1年経っても臭いは抜けず、今度は1日使って断念。そしてまた1年部屋干し。だが部屋が臭くなるばかりで臭いは消えず、遂にお店に持って行って相談したのだが、相談した相手が悪かったのか、「お客さん、この布団、本当にウチで買われました?私の記憶では ウチでは無地の羽布団を販売したことがないので!」って言われ、呆気に取られた。 普通このような事をお客に言いますかね? 挙げ句の果てには、「タグに西川さんの電話番号が書いてあるので、そこに電話して相談してみられたらどうですか?」って人ごと笑笑。 勿論言い返しましたよ!「販売店なんだから こちらのお店がしてくれてもいいんじゃないですか?」って。 結局してくれるとは言ってくれたものの、全く信用出来なかったので 自分でも西川へ電話を掛けたのですが、レシートは破棄していたのですが、カードで買っていたので支払いの明細書を置いていて、買った日にちも確認して電話をしたのです。 あった事全てを話しました。西川さん側は気の毒がられて、「早急にロット番号を調べてお店側に伝えます。何らかの対処をして下さるでしょうから本日何時ごろお電話お掛けするようにお伝えしましょうか?」との事だったので、「仕事をしているので夕方5時頃でお願いします。」と言ったのに、掛かってきたのは15時笑笑。電話に出れる訳もなく、その後も次の日に2度ほど掛かってきたが出れる訳もなく、その後なしの礫。痺れを切らしこちらから電話をしてやっと繋がったのですが 電話に出るなり「西川さんから連絡があり、2年前につゆき全店に200枚入ってまして、ウチにも20枚入って来てますね。」私はまたまた呆気に取られた。「ちょっと待ってください!!その前に何か言う事ないですか?貴方どう言われました?本当にウチで買われました?無地の羽布団を販売したことがない!!って言いましたよね?謝罪が先じゃないんですか??こっちはお宅で買った証拠もあるんですよ!」と謝罪を求めて初めて「それは失礼しました。私の記憶に無かったもので。」ですって。 店員としてだけでなく、人としてどうなのかな?と思いました。お客あっての商売なのに。 私じゃなく主人に出て貰えば違う展開だったのかな?とも思いましたが、口コミを見ていたら男性の方でも色々と腹ただしい事があるみたいなので、これからは他店にお世話になるしかないですね。 2度と行くことはないでしょう。

2021.12 paypay aupay d払い使えます。 25年使った羽毛布団の打ち替えをヤフーショッピングの業者さんに出すため、その間の安い代替え布団を購入するために立ち寄り。 ちょうど広告にシングル¥3278、ダブル4950の合繊掛けふとんが出ていたので、店舗在庫があるか不明でしたが、岡山市の割引20%の買物ついでに立ち寄りました。 店舗に入ってすぐの場所は、オーダー物が多く、男性の店員さんが積極的に勧誘していました。 入って右奥の棟には、安い布団〜高い布団まであり、そこへ向かって歩いていると男性の店員さんが出てきましたが、こちらが会釈してもスルー。 これが、他の口コミにも書かれていた対応か〜。と思いましたが、一番安い布団を買うのが目的の私としては、むしろ好都合。ゆっくりと探せました。 目当ての格安ふとんの在庫は、ピンク3、ブルー1で、在庫はありました。 レジの女性店員は、愛想は良かったです。 ただ、格安ふとんは、搬送用のふとんバックやカバーは別売り。ふとんを梱包する紙袋や買い物袋も有料。 持ち運びできるように、ビニール紐などもなく、裸での持ち帰りに。 最安値の布団でも、無料でビニール紐くらいは掛けて欲しいのが本音ですね。
