昭和25年に，大和下市製箸商工業協同組合・下市製箸組合が中心となり祀られる。昭和62年に下市八幡神社の境内社として移転。

In 1950, the Yamato Shimoichi Chopsticks Commerce and Industry Cooperative and Shimoichi Chopsticks Association are the main worshipers. Relocated as the precincts of Shimoichi Hachiman Shrine in 1987.
