舞	舞黒祖太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に整備や修理に関しては一切期待できないお店です。車検の無いバイクはスリップサインが出ていても平気でそのまま納車されます。連絡を店から待ってる状態でもこちらから連絡しない限り永久に来ません。車両のみ購入して整備は別のお店に出すという人なら良いんじゃないでしょうか。 Basically, you can not expect any maintenance or repair. y	you KT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで250ccバイクを買いました。営業スタッフと整備スタッフがいるようですが、自分を担当してくれたスタッフが、たまたま同じカスタム系統のバイク好きだったので、買った後の話しとかもできて商談も早かったです。購入時にタイヤを前後サービスで新品にするという条件で契約しました。バイクはわりとキレイ目で状態の良い中古車が揃ってますが、納車整備は期待しない方が賢明です。最低限の整備ですが短時間で何台もやるみたいでザックリです。納車後も自分で一度整備を仕直しができるなら買いです。 I bought a 250cc bike here. n	nananarabona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ･新車購入後、初回点検時に「異音がする。」から見て欲しいと担当営業に話したが、整備士にはその話は伝わっていなかった。結局、点検後も異音は続いている。整備士も異常は無いと言う判断だ。･持ち込みでビキニカウルの取り付けをお願いしたが、両サイドにクラックが入っていた。ネジを締め過ぎたのだろう。･納車後4ヶ月程でフロントマスターシリンダーのネジが固過ぎる事に気付く。(汎用のパーツを取り付けようと回した際に) インパクトドライバー等でチャレンジしたが、ネジなめてしまい自分でやるのは諦めた。 SOX大宮店に持ち込んだところ、担当営業が自らドライバーとハンマーでその箇所を叩き、「これは無理ですね。パーツごと交換になります。」「パーツが2〜3万(個人でもネットショップで12,000円程で買える)。別途工賃が掛かります。」と言われた。何とかならないかと思い近くのバイク屋に聞いたら、その場で作業に取り掛かってくれ、ネジは外れた。作業時間は20分程で、工賃は2200円。 SOXでもせめて整備士に見て欲しかった。アフターサービスに力を入れてくれると有り難い。・ After purchasing a new car, I told the sales staff that I wanted them to see it from the "noise" at the time of the first inspection, but the mechanic did not know that story. I asked a nearby bike shop if I could do something about it, and he started working on the spot and the screw came off. The working time is about 20 minutes and the wage is 2200 yen. I wanted the mechanic to see at least SOX. I would be grateful if you could focus on after-sales service.
