23年経過の家を、屋根と外壁を外張り断熱で囲うことにしました。
屋根材と外壁材はガルバリュウムという金属に断熱材を施してあります。
ガルバリウムは金属ですが防錆性・耐震性・防音性・断熱性が高く良い材料です。
外壁に関してはフッ素加工を施してるのを選び、3社見積もりを取りましたが良心的な金額でSacksさんは提示してくれました。
工事が始まって経過途中でもこちらの要望をすべて聞いてくれるなど思い通りの家に仕上がり、
施工期間は多少長めでしたが、社長はじめスタッフ一同親切で丁寧な仕事をしてくれて、家族一同大満足です。

We decided to enclose the roof and outer wall with outer insulation for a 23-year-old house.
The roofing material and the outer wall material are insulated to the metal called Galvaluum.
Although galbarium is a metal, it is a good material with high corrosion resistance, earthquake resistance, sound insulation, and heat insulation.
I chose to apply fluorine processing for the outer wall, and I got a quote from three companies, but Sacks presented me with a reasonable amount of money.
Construction starts, and it is finished in the house as expected, for example, it will ask all the requests here even during the process.
The construction period was a little long, but the president and all the staff have been kind and polite to me, so I am very happy with the whole family.
