★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖父がケガをしたと電話かかってきて病院につれていってみれば顔面骨折や全身に打撲の後があります、このケガは4.5日たっていますと言われた。どういう施設なんですか、老人を痛めつける施設なのですか。金だけもらえればいいのですか。
祖父は認知症なので覚えていることは数えるほどで訴えることもできません。
激しい怒りを覚えます
 When I got a call saying that my grandfather was injured and took me to the hospital, I had a broken face and a bruise on my whole body. I was told that this injury was 4.5 days old. What kind of facility is it, is it a facility that hurt the elderly? Should I get only the money?
My grandfather has dementia, so I can't even complain about what I remember.

重度の認知症で動くことも声を出すこともできない、植物状態のような祖父でした。
スタッフの皆様の献身的な介護があり、寝たきりにはつきものの床ずれができることもなく、安らかに最期を迎えることができました。
コロナ前はよく面会に行きましたが、いつ行ってもスタッフの方は感じよく、安心して祖父をお願いすることができました。
認知症の方が多く、大変なお仕事だとは思いますが、よくしてくださってると思います。

I used to go to visits before Corona, but the staff always felt good and I was able to ask my grandfather with confidence.
There are many people with dementia, and I think it's a tough job, but I think they're doing well.
