何度注意してもこの有様。
ガラも悪く、通学路で子どもの通行も多いので非常に危険です。

退去後、引き落としの口座にお金を入れていなかったため引き落としがされず、退去後も家賃が請求されて収納代行会社から請求がきました。
引き落としがされなかった記録が全保連に記録されて残ってしまったのではないかと不安です。
また電話連絡をしたところ男性が出たのですが、明日から秋季休暇だから、と言われてその後連絡は一切なしです。
全保連さんからは３日以内に支払いをしてくださいと言われているのでどうすればいいのか・・・
こんな事業が成り立っているのがおかしいです。
この不動産会社の絡む物件は利用しないことをお勧めします。

職人さんのタバコのゴミやペットボトルなどが我が家の敷地内にも散乱していることがあります。
そのようなレベルの低い人にしかお願いできないのでしょう。非常に残念です
