★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンを頂きました。昔風な味付けです。赤味噌なのか、スープは赤味噌色です。
ご主人は、モトクロスバイク乗りだったとのこと。バイク付きです。
バイクで訪れたのですが、調理の合間に私のバイクをチェックしてきたようで、話しかけられました。
バイク乗りの方は、立ち寄ると楽しいかもしれません。
I had miso ramen. It is an old-fashioned seasoning. The soup is red miso, probably because it is red miso.
The husband was a motocross biker. Comes with a motorcycle.
I visited by motorcycle, but he seemed to check my motorcycle between cooking and was talked to.
If you are a biker, it may be fun to stop by.

駐車場は広いです(^-^)

餃子はジューシー。
全体的に素朴な味わいでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の常連さんが集うお店で、一見さん(私のこと)には対応が良くなかったなぁ。
「いらっしゃいませ。」の一言も無ければ、席の案内も無く、お冷やもセルフ。オーダーもこちらから声をかけるまで聞きに来ない。
にんにくラーメンはすったにんにくががっつり入っていて美味しいだけにもったいない。
とりあえず、もう一度行ってみます。

If there is no word "Welcome", there is no seating information, and you can feel cold. I don't come to hear the order until I call out from here.
The garlic ramen is full of garlic and it's delicious, but it's a waste.

野菜ラーメン(しょうゆ)を注文しましたが、麺とスープの味が見事に分離しています。
スープは濁りのある茶色に灰色を感じるくすんだ色で油は殆ど浮いていませんでした。
例えるなら野菜炒めに醤油をかけて、底に溜まった野菜の水分と醤油が混じった感じの色です。味もほぼそれに近い味で、殆ど旨味を感じません。魚介だしだと思いますが、野菜の味しか感じられず、鶏や豚などの動物系の味は一切しませんでした。手打ちを謳っていたので、麺に期待したのですが、予想以上に腰のない麺で、ただでさえ味の薄いスープが絡まない麺でした。
スープも駄目、麺も駄目の残念なラーメンでした。しかも驚きはこの味で¥850税込。
名店のカップ麺の方がよっぽど美味しいと思います。

I ordered vegetable ramen (soy sauce), but the taste of the noodles and soup are perfectly separated.
The soup was a dull color with a turbid brown color and a gray tinge, with almost no oil floating.
For example, the color of stir-fried vegetables is sprinkled with soy sauce, and the water of the vegetables accumulated on the bottom is mixed with soy sauce. The taste is almost the same, and I hardly feel the taste. I think it's fish and shellfish, but I could only feel the taste of vegetables, and I didn't taste any animal-based food such as chicken or pig. Since I was singing handmade noodles, I expected the noodles to be more chewy than I expected, and the noodles weren't entwined with the light soup.
It was a disappointing ramen with no soup and no noodles. What's more, this taste is surprisingly ¥ 850 including tax.
I think the famous cup noodles are much more delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ちラーメンと看板にあるのに、あえてニンニクカレーチャーハンを頼みました。
当たり前ですが、ニンニクとカレーが効いていて、とても美味しいです。
無料ではありませんが、大盛りにできます。
I dared to order garlic curry fried rice even though it was on the signboard with handmade ramen.
Obviously, the garlic and curry are effective and it is very delicious.
It's not free, but you can make it big.
