★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二ノ滝までは、なんとか行けたがその上の、展望台までのアップダウンは、オヤジにはキツかった。けど、オオサンショウウオが見れたのは、ラッキーです。
I managed to get to Ninotaki, but the ups and downs to the observatory on it were hard for my father. However, I was lucky to see the giant salamander.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場からニノ滝まで遊歩道を20分程度進む必要があります。
遊歩道とは言え山道には違いないので、安全のためにサンダルは避けるべきですね…。
注意が必要な道の細いところが何カ所かあります。
あと、暑い日は飲み物なども携帯しましょう。
往復で約１時間、水分を補給できるポイントはありません。
もちろん、空になったペットボトルやゴミはちゃんと家まで持って帰りましょうね。
You need to follow the promenade from the parking lot to Nino Falls for about 20 minutes.
Although it is a promenade, it must be a mountain road, so sandals should be avoided for safety.
There are some narrow roads that need attention.
Also, carry drinks with you on hot days.
There is no point where you can rehydrate for about an hour on a round trip.
Of course, take empty PET bottles and trash home with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一の滝神社から20分程険しい遊歩道を歩きました。体力的にも少々辛かったです。途中崩落しかけている個所や、岩がむき出している個所を通過します。少し遠めですが落差20mの滝は圧巻でした。もう少し近くで見たかったのですが、帰りの体力を配慮して橋上から(笑)
橋の床板はグレーチングなので荷物を取り出す際注意が必要です。
さらに奥へ進むと二ノ滝展望台に行けますがかなりの藪が...ここで断念しました。
厳冬期の二ノ滝トレッキングツアーがあり二ノ滝氷柱も見れるそうです。いつか見てみたいと思いました。
I walked on a steep promenade for about 20 minutes from Ichinotaki Shrine. It was a little painful physically. You will pass through places where the rocks are about to collapse and where the rocks are exposed. Although it is a little far away, the waterfall with a head of 20m was a masterpiece. I wanted to see it a little closer, but considering my physical strength on the way back, from the bridge (laughs)
The floor of the bridge is grating, so be careful when taking out your luggage.
If you go further back, you can go to the Ninotaki Observatory, but there are quite a few bushes ... I gave up here.
There is a trekking tour of Ninotaki in the midwinter, and you can see the Ninotaki icicles. I wanted to see it someday.

You can see it from the bridge, cross the rocks to the basin, and the blue of the basin is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回2回目の訪問になりますが、滝壺近くまで行けるのでおすすめです。若干のアップダウンはありますが、さほど苦にならないレベルです。
This is my second visit, but I recommend it because you can go near the waterfall basin. There are some ups and downs, but it is a level that does not cause much pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場までは1.5車線くらいの舗装路が続くので、快適に運転できます。
一の滝は、駐車場からちょっと下ったところの鳥居から10分程度でアクセスできます。観瀑台の位置取りが素晴らしく、一の滝を若干見下ろす感じで眺めることが出来ます。とても美しい滝壺が一望できます。
一の滝から20分くらいで二の滝に到着します。
橋を渡って石段をえっちらおっちら昇ると二の滝の展望台に付きますが、滝上から眺める感じになるので、しんどさには見合わないと個人的には思いますｗ
二の滝は、橋からの長めが一番綺麗かも。

Ichinotaki can be accessed in about 10 minutes from the torii gate, which is a little below the parking lot. The position of the waterfall is wonderful, and you can look down on Ichinotaki. You can overlook a very beautiful waterfall basin.
It takes about 20 minutes from Ichinotaki to reach Ninotaki.
If you cross the bridge and climb the stone steps, you will reach the observation deck of Ninotaki, but it feels like you are looking at it from the top of the waterfall, so I personally think that it is not worth the trouble.
The longest waterfall from the bridge may be the most beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful area with the waterfalls a short hike from the parking, doable with kids. The whole area is beautiful to explore if you like rivers and waterfalls, be sure to bring a bear bell if you ware going deeper into the forest.
