美味しさです。細く腰があり更科風な感じですかね。
ざる蕎麦が麺の味がしっかりと楽しめる。暖かい
つけ汁麺は鶏出汁これといって特徴は無い、是非
鴨汁にして個性が欲しいですーー(^｡^)
住宅街の中で老夫婦もいい味出してますよ。

周りを見渡すと⭕️皆さん大盛りを注文される方が多いようですーーー。?蕎麦殻も含んだ細身のシコって感じがとてもいい！さすが手打ちの個性的な味がする

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『天ざる・１４００円』を食べて来ました。
オープン１１時ピッタリにパーキング(正面４台程)にイン、のれんをかけたのを確認して、入店。
ここも、靴を脱いで店内へ、テーブル１４席・座敷６席。
お蕎麦は、更科系なのですが、黒いツブツブがあるタイプ、見た目はピカピカ、口に入れるとツルツルでしっかりしたお蕎麦でした。
注文してから、テーブルに到着するまで、しっかり時間がかかるので、ゆったりした気持ちで待ちましょう。
ご主人は、ニコニコな方ですが、お蕎麦はどっしりツルツル・シコシコって感じですかね。

間宮林蔵の見つけた間宮海峡。
簡単に言うと北海道の北の島。
だったん蕎麦もそこの蕎麦？
まあ、一般的には苦い蕎麦として認識されてるらしい。
なんとなくヘルシー？
いや、事実健康には良い蕎麦みたい。
で、七福の蕎麦。
昔は普通の蕎麦と、だったん蕎麦が選べたが、近年はだったんだけ？のよう。
相変わらず天ぷらもサッパリしてサクサクして旨い。
つゆはあまり自己主張してないつゆ。
肝心の蕎麦は香りはない。
が、蕎麦としてはコシが
シコシコした蕎麦。
蕎麦湯もヌメリはない。
だったん蕎麦
山形の蕎麦のようや濃い色の蕎麦ではない。
白っぽい蕎麦。
蕎麦の100倍？
120倍の栄養があるとか。
良くわからないが、血流かいぜんと。
調子の悪い年寄りに丁度良い？
もしかして、久々に食べたくなったのは、身体が調子わるくて、身体がだったん蕎麦を欲したのかもしれない？
まあ、数少ないだったん蕎麦が食べれる蕎麦屋さんで。

天ぷらの野菜はどれも素材の味が出てて甘く美味しい。
エビはプリプリでした！
お出汁の効いてるお汁も美味しい(^^)
もう少し甘めだともっと好みかな？
ご主人も奥様もとっても良い方でした(^^)

サービス品としてゆで卵が付いてました。
大盛にしてはチョット量が少なかったです。
無料駐車場あります。

ゴリゴリの山形蕎麦好きには、物足りない感が半端ない。あっさり過ぎて水っぽい。蕎麦の香りはほぼ無い。
天ぷらは最高に旨い！
It looks like a renovated home at a soba restaurant run by an elderly couple.
For those who like Yamagata soba, there is no sense of dissatisfaction. It's too light and watery. There is almost no soba scent.
