他の方もチラホラ書いていますが、接客が酷いです。 レジ会計、それも一部の人じゃないと馴染みがないであろう手元のみ見える小窓みたいな所でのことでした。 やや恥ずかしい買い物なため、こちらとしては店員とのやりとりを最小限にしたいところ。支払いはクレジットを選び、普通のレジなら目を合わせ言葉で伝えますが、その際はカルトンへ楽天カードを乗せることで意思表示をしました。 ところが「支払い方法は?」と相手からの問い。まあ電子マネーも付いてるしポイント払いだってあり得るのか、それともそもそもカードを置いたことに気付いてないのかもと考え、カルトンを少し押し出し「カードでお願いします」と結局声を出すことに。 しかし返答も動きもないまま、しばらく無言の間があったのち「支払い方法は?」と同じ言葉。聞き取れなかったらしいともう一度伝えても、またしばらく間があいて一言一句同じ問いかけ。マスクのせいで中々伝わりづらいのかと、更にはっきり「カード払いで」と喋りました。 すると「支払い回数聞いてるんですが」と面倒くさそうに相手の声。 ……は? 聞いてるんですが、の部分いらなくね? 何こっちの理解力不足みたく言ってんだよ。980円の買い物でも一応回数確かめるのはイイと思う。でも、アンタの店の支払いは金券なり何なり色々あるんだからソッチが訊き方を変えるべきでしょ。お客を神様にする必要はないけど、あからさまに馬鹿にした態度は論外。 さすがにムッときたので「じゃあ始めからそう言ったらいいじゃないですか」と言い返し、こちらが不快を感じたのは伝わったはずなのに詫びの一言もなくレシートが返ってきただけ。しかも商品の値札切り取るのはいいけど、タグの残りくっついたまんま。 ほとほとうんざりしました。 あの女性店員がたまたま地雷だったんだ。たぶん新人か何かなんだと自分を納得させようとしましたが、レシートを確認すると恐ろしいことに『マネージャー』と表記…………。 あそこは本当にヤバイ。出来れば☆を一つもつけたくない。

城東店よりは安く買えるがフィギュアやアニメキャラのコーナーをしっかりと分けて欲しい。このアニメはここからここまでって感じで置いてるが違うアニメのフィギュアが混ざっていたりする。しかも1~2年たっても値段が変わって無いのが目立つ。ある程度商品が売れ残ってても値段を下げないと客は買う気なくなってしまう。客だって見てる所は見てるんだから。

けっこうな常連です。 色々あって楽しいお店です。 釣り具とアウトドア用品と古着屋にはいつもお世話になっております。 妻は古着屋、本、UFOキャッチャー。 子どもたちはおもちゃとゲーム。 他の方の口コミに接客が悪いとけっこう書かれてますが、自分は悪い接客受けた事ないですね~。 価格はやはりモノによりますね。他店の方が安いときもあるし、そうでない時もあります。 買い取りはしてもらった事ないからわかりません。 強いて言えば外装が剥げてきてるから塗り直せば良いのに、と思うくらいですかね。
