A	Agnes Nata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と行かない。最初から最後まで、サービスが悪い、言っても謝るのしかたがあり得ない。 save your trip and money, dont go. average coffee, good enough cheesecake but service is horrible. 1. kept us waiting despite empty tables, and when we ask them about it one of the staff told us to wait while she attended for a takeout customer without telling other staff. so other assumed we were all together. time wasted. its such a tiny place of 4 tables with 3 staffs ? how can they not have initiativeness and awareness. 2. didnt tell us that we could only sit in for an hour. told us 10mins before the time with an attitude as if we should have known. when we said we werent told, she unapologetically apologised. if we knew earlier we would have moved to other place because we were in the middle of the meeting. 3. while we were paying we raised our discontent but instead of finding solution, one of the staffs looked shock and disbelief. unfortunate but definitely would warn people if you are looking for an authentic and humanizing experience, this place is not for you. thought if you love cheesecake, do a takeout maybe for a yogurt cheesecake and have low expectation on service.

It's a bit pricey in terms of volume, but their Chilk (cheesecake milk?) is pretty tasty. They also have regular cheesecake and a couple of other cheesecake-like desserts to choose from. The staff don't really speak English, but the menu is written in English, so it's pretty easy to navigate. It's my first time visiting, but I have a feeling their menu is a bit seasonal. Generally, it's a nice place to have a quick bite with a girlfriend or two, so you can take your Instagram pics and have a casual chat over coffee.
