n	naoki shigehisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【喜多方ラーメン来夢】郡山が地元の知人が喜多方ラーメンだったら「来夢」が間違いないと言っていたので、思い出の味として食してみる事になった。ラーメンあるあるではあるが、セットが間違いない。僕は正油ラーメンミニカレーセットを注文しました。喜多方ラーメンの特徴は魚介ベース醤油ラーメンで麺は平打ち・ちぢれ麺。この事前情報はあるに越したことはない。初めて喜多方ラーメンが食せたわけだが、取り分け何が特徴なのかは正直分からなかった。間違いない味なのは頷ける。魚介もあるし、平打ち・ちぢれ麺でもある。情報通りすぎて驚きはなかった印象だ。むしろミニカレーがドロドロで味がした。濃ゆい味を好んでいる節もある。もっと色んな喜多方ラーメンを食して繊細な味の違いを楽しみたい！ [Kitakata Ramen Raimu] Koriyama said that if the local acquaintance was Kitakata ramen, there would be no doubt about "Kurumu", so I decided to try it as a memorable taste.
