★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前の話なのですが、母が、お花の配達を御願いしたのですが、その時は、配送料金込みで、5000円で御願いしました。注文時に支払いも済ませて、送り先の住所も伝え、後は配達を待つだけのハズが、配達してくれたお花屋さんより、電話があり、『留守でした』と言われ、結局『送り先が遠くて、運べませんので、キャンセルしてください。』と言われ、発注した小川園芸さんに、電話すると、『料金を返却しますので来てください。』との事だったので、お金を取りに行くと、キャンセル料金3000円取られ戻って来たのは、2000円でした。頼んだ側がキャンセルした訳じゃないのに、花は送られないわ、キャンセル料金は、取られるわ、結局、何にもなく3000円の出費だけで、終わりました。花は好きでも、贈ろうかな～って思う人が、減っているのが、分かる気がしました。とても、とても、残念です。
