室内トレーニングにて球筋が良くわからないので何回かに一度は打ちっぱなし練習場でチェックしてます、日々成果を感じています。

I don't really understand the ball muscles in the indoor training, so I keep hitting it once every few times and check it at the practice field, and I feel the results every day.
