★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低な販売店です。車の購入時より不具合だらけで点検などウソばかりです。エアコン不良、運転席水漏れ、あげくにエンジンランプがついても大丈夫だからといって修理なし。とうとう車は止まってしまい。何度もレッカーの御世話になりました。こんなひどい販売店は初めてです。おすすめできるようなお店ではありません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車高下げてても車検通るって言われたのでそのままで車検を受けました。車検が終わって整備士の方が車を入庫する時に勢いよく入ってきてフロントのエアロを擦りました。さすがに人の車なのに勢いよく入ってくるのはどうかと思います。
ちょうど見ていたので注意したら謝罪も誠意こもった謝罪ではなかったです。整備士の方は、笑いながら謝罪されて不愉快でした。人の車なのに傷付けられてショックです。もう二度とそこでは出したくないと思いました。やってしまったことの対応もあまり宜しくなかったです。
もう一度車の扱いの教育などをし直した方がいいかと思います。とても不愉快でした。
お金返して欲しいぐらいですね

I was just watching, so if I was careful, the apology was not a sincere apology. The mechanic was unpleasant because he was apologized with a laugh. Even though it is a human car, it is a shock to be hurt. I didn't want to put it out there again. I wasn't very happy with what I had done.
I think it is better to re-educate how to handle cars. It was very unpleasant.
