★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越乃輝虎の大吟醸を呑みました。口ごたえがまろやかで呑みやすいです。後味も良いです。舌触りも柔らかくて良いですね。冷やして呑むのがあっていますね。さすが、ワイングラスでおいしい日本酒アワードの大吟醸部門で金賞を受賞した蔵の作品ですね。
I swallowed the Daiginjo of Terutaka Koshino. The texture is mellow and easy to swallow. The aftertaste is also good. It's good that the texture is soft. It's good to chill and swallow. As expected, it is a work of Kura who won the gold medal in the Daiginjo category of the delicious sake award with a wine glass.

令和３年 長男が送ってくれた純米大吟醸五本の内の一本である。
華やかさは無いのだが、ほんの少しではあるが鼻をくすぐる香りを持つ。味はやや辛口でどっしりとしてはいるのだが、それでいて口に含むとすっきりしていて、喉元を通り過ぎながら腑に落ちていくのはやはり心地よい。
酒については何度も書いてはいるがよくぞ日本に生まれけりを強く感じることが出来るいい酒である。
令和３年１０月２１日 至宝水明 を手に入れた。醸造酒で淡い米の香りが漂ってくる。酒自体は淡い琥珀色を帯びており、すっきりとしているが口の中に余韻を残して腑に落ちていく。辛口ではあるが日本酒の甘さをも味わえるいい酒である。
牧水 白玉の 歯にしみとおる 秋の夜の 酒は静かに飲むべかり である。

This is one of the five Junmai Daiginjo bottles sent by the eldest son in the 3rd year of Reiwa.

October 21, 3rd year of Reiwa I got the treasure water Akira. The brewed sake gives off a light aroma of rice. The liquor itself has a pale amber color, and although it is refreshing, it leaves a lingering finish in the mouth and falls into the mouth. Although it is dry, it is a good sake that you can enjoy the sweetness of sake.
Bokusui Shiratama's teeth are stained with sake on autumn nights, so you should drink it quietly.
