★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務的と言えば事務的ですが、とても丁寧に話を聞いて対応してくれます。予約すれば待ち時間もそんなに長くなく、設備も体制もしっかり整っているのがさすがです。車でも電車でも利用しやすい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場復帰や自宅に戻るのが目的の施設で入院と入所を合わせても30人以下位しか受け入れがないので、入るまでに数ヶ月かかりました。又、利用期間は、個人の状況に寄って違いますが、うちの場合は、短かく、2ヶ月半でした。看護体制など人数的にも余裕があり、大変、手厚く看て頂きました。働いている方々のレベルの高さを感じました。公的機関？のためか、費用が格安でした。

良いところ
・担当者のレベルはとても高い。
不満なところ
・医師の面談を取り付けるのに半年、２回目の診断に10ヶ月もかかる。
・障害をまるっと一緒にしてるところに違和感。療育はリハビリではないと思う。
・役所仕事。休日や遅い時間はやっていない。13時に電話してもお昼で誰もわからないからかけ直せとのこと。こんなに大きな施設なのに人手不足なのか。
ここしかないので通うしかない。

国は高齢者医療も大事ですが、もっと体の不自由な人にも大きな力を注ぐべきです。
この様な医療施設に従事されている方々に感謝しています。
地下に大型の駐車場も完備されていて、車椅子での移動も考慮されています。
売店や食堂を充実して頂きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和2年11月〜令和3年3月まで通院リハビリでお世話になりました。
主治医や担当の作業療法士さんもとても親切で気持ちいいリハビリが出来ました。
最初に前に入院していた病院からの資料一式を手渡したら『今の貴方の状態で、病院でしてあげられるリハビリは殆どありません。通院されてとしてもこれ以上の機能改善は見込めないでしょう。』と言われましたが、無理を言ってリハビリを受けさせて頂く事が出来ました。
当初に言われていた通り、機能改善はありませんでしたが、とても良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
通院終了後も『何かあったら相談に乗りますので、その際はお気軽にお電話下さい。何かしらの対応はしますし、見放すことは絶対にしません。』と言って頂き、安心して過ごせます。
施設周辺は静かで、丁度いい散歩コースがあります。新横浜駅のバスターミナルから歩いて10~15分で着きアクセスも便利です。
通院のリハビリを検討されている方は一度相談してみては如何でしょうか。

Even after going to the hospital, "If anything happens, I will consult you, so please feel free to call me in that case. I will do something about it, and I will never let it go. You can spend your time with peace of mind.
The area around the facility is quiet and there is a good walking course. It takes 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the bus terminal of Shin-Yokohama Station and is easily accessible.
