★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと以前に一度面談に行ったことがありました。当時病状が安定していなかったのもありますが、割とピリッとして厳し目のイメージでした。面談に訪れた際に履歴書と同時に面接のようなものを簡単にしてもらったのですが、実際の利用には繋がりませんでした。現在はどうかは不明ですが、やはり最初からそのハードルは少し高いんじゃないか？という感じもしました。オフィスの一室を借り切ってパソコンやオフィス用品は一通り揃っており、淡々と数人のスタッフが作業をしている簡素な作りでした。実際にどのような利用の形になるのかは今でもイメージが付きづらいですね。おそらく通っての面接を繰り返して就労へつなげるような形態をとっているのでしょうが、やはりイメージしづらいのは就職においても企業との良好なコミュニケーションが取れないのと同じくらいに継続的な関わりが難しいと思うので、少なくとも自分は向かなかったですね。実際にどういった支援が行われるかや、具体的な支援のフローなども就労支援センターはホームページから読み取れる情報も少ないように感じるので、少し透明性が怪しいなという雰囲気はあります。もっとも厳しいのが本人のためになるという判断なのかもしれませんが。

The employment support center feels that there is little information that can be read from the website regarding what kind of support is actually provided and the specific support flow, so there is an atmosphere that transparency is doubtful. Perhaps the most difficult decision is to benefit the person.
