I visited several Iekei Ramen shops in Kanagawa, but there is no shop that is calling out like that at this time.

Normally, I ask for the hardness of the noodles, but I don't ask anything. Well, if I was waiting for it to be okay, the clerk started serving the next customer. About 10 minutes later, the ramen was served to the customers who came, and even if the customers finished eating, the ramen did not come to me. It's been about 25 minutes since I handed over the meal ticket, so when I asked, I heard that the meal ticket I had received was lost and the order was not accepted. Many people would normally get angry at this stage. If you are a decent customer, you will be asked "I'm very sorry, I'm going to make it now, is it okay?", But the capacity suddenly says "I will refund you, so what did you order?" Give me back my time! In the kitchen, I'm cooking while screaming loudly! !! There is no employee education! I feel terrible! After all, I couldn't eat any food and went home.

The taste seems to follow the family ramen properly (family talk). There are almost no Iekei ramen in Osaka, so it may be said that it is a valuable existence. It is crowded at noon and the parking lot is full. Since it is a meal ticket system, there is no exchange of money with the clerk, and I think it is efficient to be able to go home as soon as you finish eating. I added boiled eggs the other day, but the taste was a little strange. As with any store, I personally don't like the cold inside because I put the pre-made boiled eggs out of the refrigerator. I like ramen itself, soup and noodles. One piece of char siu is sliced ​​thinly, and there are few other ingredients, so that is not enough. The customer service of the clerk did not feel any bad side, and I was able to eat comfortably.
