西船橋では結構有名なもつ焼き屋さんです。 鮮度なのか下処理なのかわかりませんが、正直、肉が結構臭います。 いつも名物のおじさんが入り口でモツを焼いています。
In Nishifunabashi, it is quite famous. I don't know if it's fresh or prepared, but honestly, the meat smells pretty. A specialty uncle is always grilling motu at the entrance.

一人時間が空いたのでふらっと入って見ました。土曜日の10時頃だったなですが、さほど混んでなく直ぐに入れました。とりあえず生を注文してから、フードメニューを見てみると、串焼きの割合が半分くらい占めているような感じで、どれを注文するか迷ったので、お任せ10本を頼んで見ました。すると希望を聞かれたのですが、特にないのですべてをお任せしました。すると、てっきり10本まとめて大皿で出てくるのかと思いきや、1本ずつ皿に乗せて運ばれて来ました。焼けた順に素早く出してもらえるのと、一人で行っていたので、小出ししてくれたのは非常に良かったです。ただ、焼き鳥は基本塩で食べたい派なので、それだけは最初に伝えておけば良かったかなと思いました。(塩とタレの割合は半々位でした)どれも美味しくてとても満足して宿に帰りました。

生ビールとモツ焼きを何本か頼み イカワタ焼きがあったのでもちろんオーダー ビールを飲みながら待ちます 夜も更けてきているせいか、 みなさん良い感じに出来上がってます 提供は早いですよ、すぐに出てきます もつ焼きはハツ、コブクロなどを頼んだんですが いかにも大衆酒場っぽいザックリとした出来栄え お味はシンプル、まあモツ焼きです。イカワタ焼は、 もう少しワタがネットリ濃い目の方が好みです これも合格点です。 ここはモツ煮込みもいっときましょうか ここいらで生ビールをもう一杯追加 このモツ煮込みはかなり獣臭がします 場末の大衆酒場のモツ煮込みです この匂いがたまらないという人も いると思いますが、私的には少々キツかったです メニューをみていると「名物、紙カツ」というのが 目に留まりました。 「名物」なら頼まない手はありません 出てきたカツは文字通り紙の様に薄いカツです。 横から切り口を見ても、カツが確認出来ません 食べると確かにカツの様な味はするのですが これはソースをドボドボ掛けて 衣を食べるものですね 中に入ってるのは豚のスライス肉のようです ビールのアテには悪くありません そこそこ食べてもお会計は3,000円で お釣りが来ましたので、コスパはいいんじゃないでしょうか

店が汚い、狭い、注文取りに来ないとかの不満点がどうでも良くなるくらい美味いです。特に豚串。チーズとにんにくの香り油、大葉が乗ったさっぱりと食べられる豚串は最高でした。ビールは瓶がおすすめ。赤星です。

残念でした。前々から生ホッピーが飲めると知っていて初めて行きましたが、先客二組しか居ないのに飲み物が出てくるまで15分。他の客のメニューが届いたり、もう行くことはありません。泡無し生ホッピー一杯、焼き鳥5本おまかせ、お通しで1660円なり。

天候が悪いと、食材の調達出来ず開店しません。生のシマチョウの販売はしてくれるとのことで牛モツ鍋用に購入しました。作り方も丁寧に教えて下さいました。臭みなくプルプルで固くなくて大変美味しく頂けました。 食材の調達にはかなりこだわりがあるようで、是非他の物もお店で食べてみたい!
