オーナー夫婦も良い方で、気に入ってしまいました。
ウサギも楽しそうで、走り回って喜んでいました。
今回は素泊まりでしたが、次回はお料理をいただきたいと思っております。
 A very clean pension.
The owner couple was also a good one and I liked it.
The rabbit looked happy and was happy to run around.
This time we stayed overnight, but we would like to have a meal next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペンション村の入ってすぐのところにあります。料理がおいしくて何度か利用させていただきました。アットホームな雰囲気で、オーナーさんから採れたての大根をいただいたのを思い出します。
It is right after entering the pension village. The food was delicious and I used it several times. I remember receiving freshly picked radish from the owner in a homely atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月下旬に2泊した．ペンション経営をされているご夫婦が非常に優しく，料理もおいしい．宿自体もきれいで，お風呂は温泉ではないが家族風呂が用意されており，ゆっくりできる．ベルギービール（ワインも）の品ぞろえが豊富で，料理によく合う．
I stayed for 2 nights in late December. The couple who is in pension management is very kind and the food is delicious. The accommodation itself is clean, and the bath is not a hot spring, but a family bath is prepared and you can relax. The selection of Belgian beers (also wines) is plentiful and goes well with the cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鈴蘭高原のペンション村（かつて）の中にあり、落ち着いた雰囲気です。周りのペンションは既に廃業しており、活気あるエリアではありませんが、逆に静かな環境を楽しめるかもしれません。お宿の名前通り料理とお酒にこだわりがあり、郡上で蒸留されるレアなジンなども少しありました。料理自体は最高とまではいえませんが、丁寧につくられている感じがとても好印象です。前述の通り、まわりには何も無く、木が生い茂っているため部屋からの見晴らしや見通しがよいわけでもありません。ゆっくりしたい方にぴったりの宿ではないでしょうか。
It is located in the pension village of Suzuran Kogen, and it has a calm atmosphere. The surrounding pensions are already out of business, and it is not a lively area, but you may enjoy the quiet environment conversely. As the name of the hotel, I was particular about food and liquor, and there were a few rare gins that were distilled in Gujo. The food itself is not the best, but it feels good to be carefully made. As mentioned above, there is nothing around, and the trees are overgrown, so the view from the room is not good either. It may not be a good hotel for those who want to relax.

The food is delicious for dinner and breakfast. The selection of beer, sake and wine was very good and I was satisfied. I'm talking about wanting to go again.

ペンションでは珍しく部屋にお手洗いがついていて、お風呂は二か所が貸し切りにできるのが良かったです。
お料理は地元の素材と使い、ひとつひとつ手がこんでいて、味付けも絶妙で誰からも好まれる感じでした。ステーキのお肉はとても柔らかく、年配の方でも安心して召し上がれると思います。
お酒の種類も豊富で外国産ビールやワイン、自家製の梅酒もたくさんありますので、お酒が好きな方は喜ばれると思います。
Summer is very cool and pleasant.
It was unusual for the pension to have a bathroom in the room, and it was good that two baths could be rented.
The dishes were made with local ingredients, one by one, and the seasoning was exquisite, and it seemed like everyone liked it. The meat of the steak is very soft and I think it can be served safely by the elderly.
There are many types of liquor and there are many foreign beer and wine, and home-made plum wine, so I think people who like liquor will be pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年 初夏に利用しました。お部屋はツインベッドでした。食事が旨い！！飛騨牛ランプステーキが食べられます！気さくな御夫婦が経営して見えます！かなりの山奥で隠れ家的なペンションです。地元で捕れた岩魚もいただくことができ満足です！！
I used it in early summer of 2019. The room was a twin bed. The food is good! ! You can eat Hida beef lamp steak! A friendly couple runs and looks! It is a hideaway pension in the mountains. I am happy that I can also get rock fish caught locally! !
