先日も車検をお願いしましたが、接客、サービス、技術共に非常に良いかと思います。
整備の方も説明も丁寧で分かりやすく信頼のおける店舗かと思います。
特に受付を担当して頂いた店長さんには、とても親切にして頂き感謝しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の知識が無いためエンジンオイルの種類を聞いて、商品棚まで行き。商品を1つ説明してくれました。ですが、説明されたのはその1つだけで、他にも少し安いものも近くにあったにもかかわらず、これがいいんですよ？的な勢いで他の選択肢を与えず、これでいいですか？って言われました。ちょっと扱いが雑に見えました。忙しいのはわかりますが、少しくらいは他の商品との差を説明くらいして欲しかったです。多分ですけど、前の店長の方が良かった気もします。

駐車場は店舗前に30台くらい止められる感じです。国道から直接の入口は自転車や歩行者が時々通るので注意が必要です。
ホームセンター（○○ンズ）との比較になります。YellowHatにはマニアックな車パーツ、インテリアパーツ（可愛い、格好良いなど）が欲しい時には結構、色々あるので行く価値はあります。価格重視なら割高なのでホームセンターの方が安めと言った感じでしょうか。
今回は友人のワイパーゴム交換をやりましたが商品代金+取付工賃（1本につき330円）でした。消耗品の劣化や不足品がある時には自身の家から近いので便利なので利用しています。しかしホームセンターに行く機会が多く価格も安いので臨時以外はあまり行く機会がありません。
