黒	黒騎士 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的には、オイル交換や買い物等で何度も利用しています。店員の接客態度・対応は、良いです。商品がない場合は、他店が在庫があれば取り寄せて貰えるので便利です。ただ少し時間がかかりますが。（笑）土日などの休日にピットが混んでいるときがあるので前もって予約したほうが良いです。あとタイヤ新品で買う場合は、他店で値段を比べてから値段交渉したほうが良いです。自分は、工賃代と廃棄・窒素ガスまで込みだったのでお徳でした。ただ店に入るときは、あんまり問題はないのですが店から出るときは国道で車通りが多いので出ずらいかな。あと新人店員を募集しているようなので Personally, I use it many times for oil changes and shopping. 佃	佃煮玄米 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎度のオイル交換等でお世話になってます。接客態度等も良いです。タイヤ交換の時期で突然行っても大丈夫かと思いましたが、予約無しでも快く引き受けてくださって感謝しています。車いじってる関係上、近くのカー用品店ではタイヤ交換断られてしまいましたが、こちらで交換して頂いたので本当に嬉しい限りです。交換後の確認でピットに行った時に、おじさん？の人の話し方というか対応というか、若干引っかかりましたが、自分の気にしすぎですかね。でも、ここは良いお店だと思いました。 I am indebted to you every time I change the oil. 黒	黒騎士カミュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的にはオープン当初から色々と商品を買っていましたが、店員の接客態度は悪くないと思っていましたが、前店長のときだけはかなり融通もきかなく‼️買った商品のみしか交換などをしてくれなかったので利用は、辞めていました‼️以前なら持ち込みでの交換も出来ていましたが、前店長のときだけは一切ダメでした‼️前店長のときだけは評価は、1すら付ける必要はなかったのですが、今年の４月に前店長が異動になったのでまた買い物を再開したいと思います。欲しい商品が無い場合は、店員に言えば他の系列店から取り寄せして貰えるのでOKなのですが、時間が多少かかります‼️ピット作業時間などもPM17時30分前にしないと営業終了するため‼️かなり不便になると思います。 Personally, I bought various products from the beginning of the opening, but I thought that the customer service attitude of the clerk was not bad, but only when I was the former store manager, it was quite inflexible! ️ I quit using it because only the products I bought were exchanged! ️ Previously, you could exchange it by bringing it in, but it was completely useless only when you were the former store manager! ️ I didn't even have to give one evaluation only when I was the former store manager, but since the former store manager changed in April of this year, I would like to resume shopping again.
