太	太田文明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店は、考えられない、最低な対応をするので、大変な憤りを覚えました、最悪なお店です❗❗ 先ず、お店に行くと、お客様に対して全く挨拶が、ないんです❗ 車の修理依頼しても、お店からのシステムの案内や見積り等の案内や修理スケジュール等の情報提供は、一切ありませんので、此方から訪ね無い限り、返答する事は、全くありません❗ しかも、８月２日に、事故で、入庫したのに、お盆休みを挟んでほぼ１ヶ月かかりましたけど、遅れた説明も、謝罪も無く、お店からの連絡は、皆無なのに、車を受け取りに行く直前に成って初めてお金の請求の為だけの連絡が初めて有りましたので、行ったら、いきなり、【免責金を払わないと車は渡せないし、台車も貸し出せないと言われ、自宅迄送って行きますと、言われました】❗ 私は、レンタカーの返却の期限日に行ったので、車が、突然使えない状況に、追い込まれ、生活に大きな支障が生じるので、絶望的な気持ちに成りました❗❗ お客様に対して、この様な対応をする事の理由は、【お客様に対しての感謝の気持ちが皆無だからです】私は、お店に対しまして、お客様ファーストで、心のこもった対応を望んで居ましたけど、お店の対応に大きなギャップと、困惑と、かなり憤慨した気持ちになりましたので、次回に修理依頼しようとは、一切ありませんよ❗❗ 皆さんには、良いお店を選んで、私の二の舞をしない様に希望します❗❗ This store is the worst one because it has the lowest possible response.
