★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤ交換を予約していましたが、混雑時期で仕方ないとはいえ作業に1時間かかると言われました。作業自体はそんなに時間がかからないと思いますがフリー客など予約の合間に入れるのか？余裕をみての作業時間の案内なのかわからないが予約をしたのに時間が読めないのはどうかと思う。店側からしたら件数をこなしたいとは思うが事前に予約した時に多少の案内が欲しいです。混みあうので仕方ないが予約の意味があまり感じられない。
I had a reservation to change the tires, but I was told that it would take an hour to complete the work, although it couldn't be helped during the busy season. I don't think the work itself will take much time, but do you put it in between reservations such as free customers? I don't know if it's a guide to work time with a margin, but I wonder if I can't read the time even though I made a reservation. From the store side, I would like to handle the number of cases, but I would like some guidance when making a reservation in advance. It can't be helped because it gets crowded, but I don't really feel the meaning of the reservation.

部品屋さんに在庫があったので、車の状態を見せた翌日には、交換作業終了、無事エンジンは治りました。
I went to replace the spark plug and ignition coil due to a car engine malfunction.
The parts shop had stock, so the day after I showed the condition of the car, the replacement work was completed and the engine was safely cured.

ですが、作業が終わってボンネットも開けず、交換して取り外した部品を見せるだけでろくな説明もせずサインを求めるのはどう言う事でしょうか？
２度とこの店舗は利用しないでしょう。残念です。
