アクセスの良さもあって、週末などは混む可能性もありますが、スペースが広いので行列になってもヒヤヒヤすることはありません。
売店コーナーにはカップ麺やお菓子、カー用品が一通り揃っていて、自販機3台、30分無料で利用できる充電コーナー、ソファ、喫煙室、シャワー室があるほか、雑誌も置いてあります。
カーメンテナンスや手洗い洗車、タイヤ等の販売ももちろん。車に関することはここで大体済みます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員が沢山いるので一概には言えないが、あたりが悪かった。webでオイル交換を予約して予約時間に行ったら情報が確認されていなかった。パソコンの調子が悪かったらしい。webでオイル交換のみ工賃混み2980円とありました。フィルターも交換した方が良いと言われ、webならフィルター交換時は3,980円なのに正規の料金を取られ挙げ句にフィルターに吸収したオイル分も追加で結局は高くなった。店員の説明も良くなく、来た客をこなすだけの感じでした。
タイヤに釘が刺さっていると言われ、減りも進んでいたので、やむを得ずタイヤを購入することになり予想外で手持ちがなくクレジットカードで支払い。金額が高いのに支払い方法も聞かず一括で決済されびっくりしました。一括払いしか対応していないなら事前に説明があるべきだし説明が当然。しかし何の説明もなく一括処理。今は後から分割に変更も可能だから良いですが、あまりにも怠惰な接客に不快でした。値段も手頃だから利用しやすいと行きましたが二度と行きません。高いけどイエロー○ットは無料点検などあるので信頼出来る店を選ぼうと思います。
やはり接客対応は大事です。こなすだけの接客はやめて欲しいです。社風なのか個人のみかわかりませんが利用したくありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスがよくていつも通っていましたが、今日いったら窓拭き無し。コロナの影響とかでなくなったのかと思えば他の車では普通に行われていてがっかり。対応者のネームプレートには副店長の文字。他の商品売り込むくらいなら基本のサービスをきちんとしてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曜日と、時間帯によっては、いつも混んでいる。安いと思うけど、給油機のわりに人が少なく給油し終わっても、なかなか来ない。もう少しスムーズにいくと混まない気がする。
