★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車のコーティングをお願いしました。電話で予約する時に、数週間先でしたがたまたま創業祭で割引になる事を教えて貰えたので親切だなと思いました。施工も丁寧で全体的に従業員の方も感じが良かったです。
ただ、帰りの運転で、私が特に慣れないせいもありますが、このあたりの道路事情とイベント中で駐車場も混み合っており、出口を左側から出てしまったので、すぐに北上できず南下したところで方向転換しようとしたら、一方通行だったり非常に分かりにくく危うかったです。地理的にややこしいし、交通量が多いので気をつけて下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クルマ買い替えるのでナビとバックカメラなど付け替えたくて来店しました。他店ではコロナで品切れ中で 入荷予定が未定の物でも こちらは関西では大型店舗らしくてなるべく品切れ前に仕入れるとかでほぼ品物揃うとのことで予約でき助かりました。
あとは、クルマの入庫後に付け替え作業が丁寧にしてもらえれば⭐変更で?付けれるかもなので後日また改めて記載させて貰います。

車が調子悪く相談させてもらいました。故障ランプがついていたのでみてもらった結果、部品の取り寄せが必要とのこと。先に部品代を支払い後日届き次第で修理をしてもらえることに。
部品が届き車を持って行き修理を開始。すると詳しくみると、その部品を交換しても車が直るかがわからないとの判断をされたみたいで報告を受けました。
できれば正規のディーラーに持って行った良いと言われました。しかも事前にお支払いしていた部品代の返金も可能とのこと。最終的にディーラーに持って行くことにして返金していただきました。
これ初めの段階でなんでそこまでわからなかったと言うのがあるかもですが、部品を交換するときに作業を始めてわかったことなので先にわかることじゃなかったと思います。
何よりこういったことがあった時にお客さんの目線に立って考えてくれて、こちらができるだけ気分が良くなることを提案してくれる。これが一番嬉しいこと。
車のことで何か困ったら相談してみて下さい。親身になって対応してくれると思います。

I was told that I should take it to an authorized dealer if possible. Moreover, it is possible to refund the parts fee that was paid in advance. I finally decided to take it to the dealer and got a refund.
It may be said that I didn't understand so much at the beginning of this, but I think it wasn't understood first because I knew when I started working when replacing parts.
Above all, when something like this happens, he / she thinks from the customer's point of view and suggests that he / she feels as good as possible. This is the happiest thing.
