★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日に知人の付き添いで行ったお客としての感想ですが、店のスタッフがお客の車のシートにビニールで保護せずに乗り降りする姿にビックリしました、コロナ猛威の中で客層が中高年を占めているのに不謹慎だと感じます。
あとスタッフの対応は普通だけれど若く経験が浅いため車両の不具合箇所が特定出来ずに、それらしく何とか話法で説き伏せようとする姿勢に呆れてしまいました正直カードクターとして失格です。
そして退店の際に遠いところから出向いているお客に対して、フロントマンは身内同士で笑い話をしており挨拶がなかったのがとてもザンネンでした。
