洗車で落ちなかったボンネット汚れについて相談したくて寄った。 店頭入り口にいた男性店員さんに「これ落ちなくて。何かいいもの(クリームとか作業メニューとか)ありますかね」声をかけた。 その返事を待っていたところ、返事のかわりに、「うーん」とも「そうだねー」ともつかぬような一人ブツブツをつぶやきながら、(私たちに断りもなく)店頭のコーティングデモ車のところにあった汚い水のはったバケツに、同じく汚れた布をちゃちゃっと浸してうちの愛車のボンネットを力いっぱいこすった。無言で。 ここまでほんの数秒。え?何するの?まさかその汚い水で勝手にふかないよね?と思う間もなく、一連の動作はすすーっと無言でおこなわれ、私たち夫婦はあっけにとられた。 そして、嫌な予感的中。 力いっぱいこすったのだろう、皮膜の汚れは薄くなったがボンネットにたてすじ何本かのキズがくっきりとついた。 ショック状態の私たちに、「落ちそうですね」と悪びれない店員。あまりの暴挙と、対象的なしれっとした態度にサイコパスかと思った。変わった名字の店員さんだった。 ボンネットを見るなり、なんのことわりもなく汚水でごしごしはあんまりではないか?しかも傷をつけるなんて酷すぎる。 本来なら、何かいい方法ありますかと尋ねられたら、 先ずは、こういう方法やこういう製品がありますがいかがしますか?と提案するのか本来の接客ではないか。 あまりに恐ろしくて、もうここに車は預けられないと思い、結局よそでメンテ&コーティングしてもらった。 あの店員さんがいる限り、二度と行くことはないと思う。

店員さん次第で印象が変わります。とても丁寧な店員さんやバッテリーの保証期間内だったので無償交換でグレードの良いものに交換してもらって良い印象の反面、車検の見積もりで車検証入れを預けたらコピー機に車検証の原本を置き忘れたままで、帰宅したら電話で車検証を返し忘れました。つきましては郵送でもよろしいでしょうか?と、ケアレスではありますが、印象がとても悪いので車検は受けませんでした。

2回ほど行きましたが、忙しいのか受付の女性が2回とも無表情無愛想で何だかな?って感じでした。 店の顔でもあるので、作り笑いでもいいのでもう少し笑顔で接客してくれたらと思いますが、待遇が悪いんでしょうかね・・・ その反面エンジニアの方は親切丁寧でした。
