★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の品揃えとか好きでよく利用させて頂いておりますが、レジ以外の店員の接客レベルが低すぎてガッカリします。レジの方が一生懸命頑張ってもそれ以外の店員が店そのもののレベルを下げているので改善してもらいたいです！

色々な性格のお客様対応は給料以上の代償と精神力を従業員側が払わなければならないと思いますが、お客様(他人)が求める以上の対応(おもいやり)をした時に結果として自分(従業員)に対価や地位、見返りが却ってくると私は教わりましたし、実際にそうでした。
お客様と対面してる時点で小売業であっても接客業だと思います。
事務的な対応、マニュアル通りの対応はもうこれからの世の中では通用しません。
慢心した時点で店も自分も衰えていくだけですので、今後も頑張って下さい。
