時間を潰し、1時間後呼ばれたら「輸入車は出来ないんですよ。」と一言。
なら最初から言ってもらえませんかね？
車種も要件も予約時に伝えているんだけど

タイヤ組み換え：高い。電話とは異なる見積もりを上乗せ。
接客：悪い。整備関係者の態度は酷い。イレギュラーに関し、コミュニケーションとならない。
技術：低い。バイトレベル。予備タイヤ→本来のタイヤ交換でなんでスペーサー残すの？他の3本ついてないでしょう？帰って気づいて、わざわざ戻ったのに面倒くさそう＆謝罪もなし。
その他：頼んでないこと（バッテリーやオイル系）をいちいち勝手に調べて、劣化してますね～、冬越せませんね～と買わせようと煽ってきてうざい。
Oil change: Not sold by weight. high.
Tire replacement: expensive. Add a quote different from the phone.
Customer service: Bad. The attitude of maintenance personnel is terrible. There is no communication regarding irregularities.
Technology: Low. Byte level. Spare tires → Why do you leave spacers when you replace the original tires? Isn't there the other three? I noticed when I got home, but it seemed to be troublesome and I didn't apologize.
Others: I'm tired of trying to get people to buy things that I haven't asked for (batteries and oils), and that they're deteriorating.
