り	りょうた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1つも付けたくないくらい酷い店。いつも太田店でお世話になっていて1か月前くらいに初めて深谷店に行ったら傷。車屋さんに確認してもらい、チェンジャーでの傷と判断されて店舗に伝えても知りません。話にならないので諦めました。何に履かせるのか聞かれて答えたのに従業員はへぇ〜やそうなんですね〜みたいな反応。こちらはホイール1本でも大事にしているのに人の車はどうでもいいんですかね。少し遠くても早くて正確な作業面。豊富な知識や笑顔で元気な接客面。皆さん車が好きみたいで自分の車のこだわりに気付いてくれて褒めてくれたり、新品ホイールを持ち込んで清掃時に傷が付くかもしれないと気遣ってくれるような太田店を圧倒的にオススメします。 It's a terrible shop that you don't want to have a single star. R	RYU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイクのタイヤ交換をお願いしました。リアタイヤの空気圧の減りが早いので、タイヤ取り付け時にリムやバルブ周りをよく確認して頂けますか？と伝えると石鹸水を使ってバルブの付け根から漏れていることをすぐに確認してくれました。また以前パンク修理材を使ったので、ホイールの内側についた修理材のゴムをタイヤを外したときに掃除させてもらえますか？と尋ねたらこちらでやっておきますよ、と言ってくれました。空気抜けの確認や掃除をしてくれたにも係わらず、料金は何とそのまま。(エアバルブ交換、タイヤも廃棄してもらって前後でまさかの3190円！いままでやってもらっていた店の半額以下！！)申し訳ないので、会計のときに従業員の方達で飲んでくださいとジュース代として1000円置いてきました。４年ほど前に車のタイヤ交換をお願いして迅速かつ丁寧で好印象でしたが、今回はそれを上回りました。バイクのタイヤ交換を始めてくれたので、両方乗る身としてはもう他店に行く理由がありません。もうすぐまた車の方が交換時期になりそうなので、もちろんお願いしたいと思います。 I asked you to change the tires on your motorcycle.
