尾	尾形政行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていた【白河手打中華そばエビスヤ】さんへ初訪問しました。広い駐車場は人気の度合が判りますね❗ ※注)民家側は前進止めで。清潔感の有る店内は、天井が高く開放感が有りいい雰囲気です。接客もgood❗ カウンターは間隔がしっかり空けてあるので安心感が有ります。メニューは中華そば類、支那そば類、味噌ラーメン類、つけ麺類などが有り今回は「ワンタン麺」を頂きました。絶妙な鶏出汁ベースのスッキリ醤油スープ美味しいですね❗ 風味の良い手打ち中太縮れ麺も茹で加減、喉越しとgood❗美味しい麺です? ワンタンは比較的小ぶりではありますが皮の美味しさが印象的でした。全体的にボリューム感は余り感じませんが、麺、スープ、具材ととても一体感の有る美味しいワンタン麺だと思いました? もちろん完食です‼️ 他のメニューも気になるのでまた伺いたいですね❗ ご馳走様でした?
