こんな美味しいのお店と出会えて感激です。 味はもちろん最高ですが何よりこのレベルの料理でこの価格はとてもリーズナブルだと思います。 ローストポーク、アワビの白ワイン煮が絶品です。 ワインをいつもボトルで入れるのですが、こんなに安くていいワインを出すはお店なかなかないです。
I'm thrilled to meet such a delicious restaurant. The taste is of course the best, but above all I think this price is very reasonable for this level of food. The roast pork and abalone in white wine are excellent. I always put wine in bottles, but there are few shops that offer such good wine at such a low price.

何度か伺っていますが、オシャレで温かい雰囲気のお店です。 毎回、黒板に書かれたメニューをみるのが楽しみです。お料理もドリンクも美味しいです。 カップルでも友達同士でも、グループでも楽しめるお店だと思います。

季節限定ですが、桃のパスタが凄く美味しいです。店員内の雰囲気も良い。ただ、駐車場が狭いかな。

レバーのペーストが美味しかった。お肉屋さんのオードブル盛り合わせは、自家製ハムやテリーヌ等色々で数人でシェアできます。初めて穴子の赤ワイン煮を頂きましたが、美味しかったです。

絶対的にお薦めできる足利の超穴場的ビストロです。 夕方から深夜にかけての営業です。駐車場は店舗の前と裏に2~3台ずつしかなく、古めかしい木造の地味な建物であまり目立ちませんが、こと、プロのセンスと高度な技術に裏打ちされた数々の超絶品料理の美味しさにかけては、知る限り北関東で三本の指に入ると確信しています。 一階はドアから左右に別れ、左手はテーブル席、右手はカウンター席中心です。二階席もありますが階段が急なのでお酒を召し上がる時はあまりお薦めできません。店内は広くはなく、木造なので、重厚感はありません。まさに「ビストロ」という気取りのない簡易な造りです。定番の印刷メニュー以外に、その日のお薦め黒板メニューもあります。 お料理の調理はマスターお一人で担当されていて、フロア係の女性が1~2名います。厨房も決して広くなく、お一人でこんなに沢山のメニューをこなせるのかと心配になりますが、注文後は大抵10分程度で、それはそれは見事な美しい盛り付けと、信じがたいほどに本格的で超美味しいお料理が出て来ます。ボリューム面でも決して失望させません。 ソースの素材や味付け、お魚の鮮度や調理法、お肉のカットや火の通し方等を見る限り、相当なセンスと腕前をお持ちであることが判ります。そのへんのド素人さんが開いた「自称・ビストロ店」「似非・フレンチ店」とはまるっきり次元が違う本物の素材と、本物のレシピと、本物のプロの技術の3つが完璧に融合した至高のお料理を提供してくれるビストロです。 しかも、さらに驚くことには、いずれのお料理も単に美味しいと言うだけでなく、きちんとワインが飲みたくなるお味に作られている事が何より凄いと感じます。ですので、ワインのオーダーは絶対に必須です。フランス産ワインが中心で、ボトルで2500~4000円前後、グラスで500~600円前後と「超」の付く最高の良心価格で楽しめます。ですのでご訪問される際は「ドライバー役」または「代行サービス」を確保されてからのご訪問をお勧めします。飲食代以外にチャージと消費税がかかりますが、一人あたり料理3~4品、ワイン3~4杯で、全部でだいたい一人10000円位で済みます。 少しだけ欲を言わせて頂ければ、マスターはカウンターの奥で調理に忙しいうえ、フロアの女性がさほどワインやお料理に詳しくないので、新しく登場した旬の新メニューについて質問したり、お店の方と相談しながら次のワインやお料理を選ぶチャンスがあまりないと言うこと位でしょうか。接客はとても自然体で気取らず、どちらかと言えばあっさりした印象です。 北関東のビストロやフレンチ巡りをされていらっしゃる方は多いと思いますが、あまりにも「騙し」「似非」「虚飾」「素人」「割高」の酷すぎるお店ばかりが多い事に失望し、深くお嘆きの貴兄にこそ、本当にお料理の味が判る貴殿にこそ、万全の自信を持って強くお薦めしたい、まさに数少ない「真のプロ料理と厳選ワインが適価で楽しめる本物の貴重なビストロ」です。
