★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優しく暖かい笑顔で迎えてくれる女性弁護士さんがいます。法テラス利用もOKな方です。（変わっている可能性も有るので最初に確認して下さい）なので安心して相談出来ました。依頼主の気持ちも汲み取りながらでは、実際はどういう判断なのか…素人に解りやすく優しく教えて頂けました。口調もゆっくりと丁寧なので私も落ち着きを取り戻しながらお話が出来ました。今後相談事が有った時に頼ってしまうかも…(*^-^*)
法律事務所のクチコミは少ない様ですが実際必要とした時にあたふたしてしまうのが現状だと思います。彼女は信頼できる弁護士さんだな(*^-^*)と思えましたのでクチコミさせて頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの弁護士は親権を取りたいなら子の引き離しを勧める。親の都合での子供の転居、転校を認める弁護士です。その行為は監護者として不適格と判断する。今、国会及び法務省では実子連れ去りを社会問題とし審議会で取り上げている。子を優先して実務に取り組まない最低な弁護士である。場合によっては弁護士会より懲戒処分を検討する。
2021.6.23当人より「指摘の様なアドバイスをすることはありえません。」との事。証拠として音声データを所持しております。証拠が無ければ虚偽のコメントをするのか弁護士として如何なものかと問う。補足、ひなげし法律事務所のみならず「実子連れ去り」を指南する弁護士は今も多々存在することを疑念にかられる。
