電話対応の後、患者さんの噂話？などを笑いながらしていることも何度かあり。
診察待ちでしたので、自分もこうして何かしら話題に出されてるのだろうなと思うと、嫌な気持ちになります。その後も病院とは思えないような対応をされましたので、我慢していましたがこんなに嫌な気持ちで通院していたら治るものも治らない、と転院を決意しました。結果、現在通院中の病院では医師受付の方共に穏やかで治療も嫌な気持ちなく通えています。

I was waiting for a medical examination, so I feel uncomfortable when I think that I am being talked about in this way. After that, I was treated like a hospital, so I put up with it, but I decided to transfer to another hospital, saying that if I went to the hospital with such an unpleasant feeling, nothing would be cured. As a result, at the hospital I am currently visiting, both the doctor receptionists are calm and can go to the treatment without any discomfort.

吐いてる83歳の祖母を連れていたのに、電話はしてないだろ。してからが常識ですよねと怒られ
あげくに、点滴出来ないから他へ行けと中にもいれて貰えませんでした。
紹介状書くなり方法ありましたよね？
昼休みと断るなら、当番医断れば良いのに
